Hall move-ins without the car park chaos

Move-in day at halls is usually a 30-minute loading window, a lift queue, and cars stacked three deep. If the family car can’t take it all, a man-and-van slot gets you in and out of the loading window quickly. I bring a trolley for corridor runs and I’ll work around whatever access rules the block has — just tell me the slot when you book.

House moves between academic years

Second- and third-year houseshares are a classic small-load job — a mattress, boxes, a desk, a stack of pans. The hourly model suits these really well because most of them are well under an hour once we’re loaded, and I’m happy to do half a load if the flatmates are still moving in the rest.
