Studio to 2-bed — what fits in one load
A furnished studio or sparsely-packed 1-bed usually fits in one run. A well-filled 1-bed or a 2-bed often goes on two trips, which is still cheaper than booking a bigger truck for the same furniture. I’ll tell you up front whether it’s one trip or two based on the room list you give me.
Lift booking, loading bay, CAZ
Harbourside and city-centre flats usually need the lift booked with the building manager — do this a week in advance if you can. Loading bays sometimes need permits. If the flat is inside Bristol’s Clean Air Zone, the van pays the charge and I factor it into the estimate. Tell me the address and the rough access situation when you enquire.
